The salon will always remain dedicated to serving our clients with the highest quality of care. Our salon and spa is open with appointments available and we are taking precautions to provide a safe and sterile environment for our staff and clients.

I am so proud of our team for riding with us through the ups and downs of this crisis. Each and everyone of the Le Jolie team have handled our transition with strength and grace. We have continued servicing our clients in the salon by staggering appointments, wearing protective equipment and regulating temperature checks. Here are our in-office safety protocols that we are taking:


Operational Changes:

  • Enhanced Cleaning: The salon cleaning and disinfecting is performed each day and in between clients. We ask that you also take steps to sanitize your hands when using all high-touch surfaces. We will provide gel hand sanitizer in the salon.

  • Chair Spacing: You will notice changes to the setup as we have our center station not in use to promote social distancing.

  • Occupancy Limit: The permitted occupancy level in our salon will be reduced to 5 people at a time. Your stylist will monitor salon space usage to ensure compliance with the occupancy limit of 5 people.

  • Self-Screening: Prior to visiting salon, please self-screen for symptoms and other risk factors. We ask that you please follow all public health recommendations for self-quarantining should you display symptoms associated with COVID-19 or be exposed to illness.

  • Always maintain a distance of six feet from others

  • Wear a face covering during your entire service appointment.

  • Please leave the salon promptly after your checkout, as we need time to disinfect for the next client.

  • No walk-in's allowed. All visits are by appointment only. You may schedule your visit by texting or using the online booking page.

  • Please wait in the lobby for your stylist to check you in.

  • Use of the salon is at your own risk.

  • Clients who reschedule due to sickness will be deferred for 10-14 days. Any client who exhibits signs of illness will be rescheduled.

  • Please keep in mind that failure to comply with community rules and policies is a violation of your appointment.
